1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using PineScript Market ("the Service"), operated by TradeHook by MTM Global Solutions LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Legal Disclosures. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

PineScript Market provides access to trading algorithms and indicators for TradingView through a subscription-based model. Access to indicators is granted through TradingView's invite-only system within 24 hours of subscription activation.

3. Subscription and Payments

Subscriptions are billed on a monthly or yearly basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

4. TradingView Access

Access to our indicators requires a valid TradingView account. You must provide your TradingView username to receive indicator access. We are not affiliated with TradingView and are not responsible for any changes to TradingView's platform or policies.

5. Risk Disclaimer and Disclosures

Trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. By using our Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to our comprehensive Legal Disclosures, which include:

• Risk Disclosure: Futures, foreign currency, and options trading contains substantial risk and is not for every investor.
• Hypothetical Performance Disclosure: Hypothetical performance results have many inherent limitations and should not be relied upon as indicative of future results.
• Live Trade Room Disclosure: All presentations are for educational purposes only.

Our algorithms and indicators are tools to assist in trading decisions and do not guarantee profits. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

6. Intellectual Property

All algorithms, indicators, and source code provided through our Service are protected by intellectual property laws. Subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the indicators. Redistribution, resale, or sharing of access is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

PineScript Market and TradeHook by MTM Global Solutions LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our Service, including but not limited to trading losses. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by law.

NinjaTrader® is a registered trademark of NinjaTrader Group, LLC. No NinjaTrader company has any affiliation with the owner, developer, or provider of the products or services described herein. TradingView is a trademark of TradingView Inc. We are not affiliated with TradingView Inc.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or prominent notice on our website.
